It was a lovely little shop in Manchester somewhere. I can’t remember the name, but it had a totoro in the window and sold a bunch of other cool stuff. If you come off anon, I’ll make a note of teling you if I remember :) I’m going next weekend so I can get back to you on it

Eversham - In Dreams // Post-Rock

Post-rock band from Australia. Some really good stuff on their EP, and a second album is due for release soon.

Bonobo - Black Sands // Trip-Hop/Downtempo

Bonobo is arguably one of the best artists in downtempo electronic music, alongside Massive attack and Thievery Corporation. Signed to the Ninja Tune label since 2001, Bonobo (Simon Green) has released 4 LP’s, and a number of EP’s.

Black Sands, released in 2010, is thoroughly impressive. The steady bass builds and progressive beats, along with vocalist Andreya Triana, all accumulate together in this brilliantly produced album, leaving you wanting more.

I highly recommend checking out Bonobo and his releases.

Julia Holter - Ekstasis // Ambient/experimental

Some nice singing on this album. The songs tend to melt into each other quite a bit. Very nicely produced, but nothing particularly original.

Take it as you like it really
